> Paul Oakenfold - This Is Trance

I am so bored. I just wrote an e-mail to Mindy, and before that I watched a never-before-seen episode of Star Trek and a never-before-seen Law & Order. Turns out Claire had an affair with her first boss. It makes me think of her character more fondly, I don’t know why. It just adds an air of humanity to her. My mom left for a while, a much-needed respite from her banality, but now she’s back. I think I’m going to sleep, so she won’t deluge me with endless comments about my essay I’m supposed to do for my senior project, but I’m not tired. Oh well. I was feeling like my body was made of lead watching TV, but now I feel a bit rejuvenated. Too bad. Actually, I think I am going to try to go to sleep. Btw, I am in love with the funky lights I strung on my cieling.

Called Amber, she’s grounded. I guess I’ll have to write her after all. That star that Christine made is cool and deserves the whole world to see it, so here’s the link to it. STAR

Today was mediocre. I got all dressed, and rode my bike to school. I particularly loathe riding my bike to school, because my pants always get stuck in the gears so I have to tuck them into my shoes. Christine, Trisha, and Heather were there. Heather told me that Donna was coming back, and Trisha seemed content to feign anger and “storm off” to Joan’s room to work on some Science. Christine, Heather and I hung out in Mike’s room for a while, made fun of the hicks for a while. Mike started blasting his ghetto-hick music, so Christine and Heather left. Mike made me help this dude on his project, finding resources on the Net for some town called Petrolia, then I retreated to Bridget’s room. Heather left, I guess, and Christine was looking into Satanism, we had been talking about it earlier. She found the name of some guy, told me to research him. Dean Adams, I have his name written on a paper we had been doodling on. I made this kind of loserish star on it, but Christine made it look cool. Mike gave me a concise lecture about chapter 12, and I went out to wait for Trish and Christine’s bus. It came, then I waited a while for my mom. I was bored, so I started this entry in Bridget’s room. My mom came, and I sit here finishing this entry. Oh, yesterday..er..actually today cause it was at like 2am, I strung these multicolored christmas lights (the ones with the big bulbs) across my cieling. They look so cool and Mardi Gras. Just thought I’d add that in. I’m supposed to write a letter to Amber May, but I have her phone number in my yearbook somewhere, so I think I’ll just call her instead. If the number doesn’t work, I’ll be typing away.
