null modem cables and SMTP
I’m trying to make my Outlook e-mail work…fuck MSN’s spamblocking SMTP bullshit. At least I can recieve mail. I got an e-mail from Molly saying that it’s really easy to find the right needle for a player. I’ll take it up to Radio Shack maybe tomorrow, if they’re open. I really don’t feel like going to the fair now. I haven’t started on Molly’s site yet, I’ve been trying all day to transfer all the files from my old computer to my new computer. It’s much more complicated than I thought. I could either spend like ten bucks on a null modem cable, or just start a home network like I’ve always wanted. I’ve decided on the latter. Me and Amanda are going to do a film for TV production together. I really can’t see her as the person who goes and harasses people to get their stories done, but I guess I could do that. God, Tom Waldrat is so not a teacher. It’s photography all over again. But I don’t care. I can’t afford those cameras. I sat in on a class Thursday because I was in Tawna’s project. I’ve heard inside info from Steve that the copies of Adobe Premiere ($1000 a license) in the editing room are pirated. I wonder if it’s true. I don’t really like Tom Waldrat. I can’t wait to be all “Oh, you can go edit on those crappy computers, I’m going to edit on mine” and I’ll bring it in and it’ll be the coolest computer ever. Okay, I should probably work on Molly’s website. I’m going to start on the site now, I’ll have to upload them to test them, so you can check my progress at the following URL:
