My new work philosophy is that when Mike is bullshitting with people instead of doing his job that I’m going to blog. He’s exchanging verbal diarrhea with the circulation manager or some other loser. My legs hurt from running last night. Me, Tawna, Joe, Sammie, and Steve stayed out until 2 in the morning last night. We hung out various places: played pool at the Cinemas, sat around at Safeway. Lol, when we were at safeway we told Steve about the horror that is Tub Girl: http://www.tubgirl.com. Then we left and got some liquid nourishment at a fast food place. Then we were off to KidTown. Sammie and Tawna swung on the swings while me, Joe, and Steve played Tag. I totally jumped from the top of the structure to get away from Steve. It hurt but at least I wasn’t it. My athsma was killing me though…I need a fast-acting inhaler so bad. It was uber-fun though. Then we went back to Sammie and Steve’s house and we walked around the mobile home park; me, Tawna and Steve going one way and Sammie and Joe going the other way. They had to talk about something “important,” which was total bullhonky. Joe was just blathering on about atoms. Tawna kind of trailed behind us, so me and Steve had a good conversation. At KidTown we talked about all the people we don’t like, which is so funny. Like, almost everyone there gets on someone else’s nerves…it’s sad. But I think that last night’s group can tolerate each other okay. But when it comes to someone so completely revolting and annoying we just can’t stand them (no, no names) we would just all suffer. Incredibly. Maybe we just talk about how lame other people are to make ourselves feel better. Well, I guess that would be true if they really weren’t that lame. But they are.
I went to the parks place this morning to get maps of the Mill Creek Acquisiton Area and the Tolowa Dunes State Park or whatever and they didn’t have any. The Mill Creek Area is “not open to the public.” What lunacy is this? Public lands not open to the public? How insane. Whatever. I should go over and pretend to work on those maps. But I don’t have a map of the Mill Creek place. Maybe I’ll contact Sue Calla, she might have a map of it. I’ll try to get on her good side. I have to go to the bathroom. I’m sad to say it but going to the bathroom here is one of my few moments of solace, where I can be alone. In privacy I can preen my hair, wash my face…it’s heavenly. Jocelyn is having a day where she can’t concentrate. John is totally watching the Simpsons on his computer. I’m blogging. Nobody wants to be here. I don’t even think Mike wants to be here. Oh, he finally is discovering that new coffee house place that’s supposed to be opening. I’ve totally known about that for weeks. Sad.
Lol, Stacey told everybody in the news room how I wore my “HELP! I’m lost in a crowd of stupid people!” shirt to the fair. Sweet. I’m already acquiring a reputation. Lol, office politics. I hope Mike doesn’t come over here. I totally need to start on letters. Encules. OMG OMG OMG. This totally makes me spew:

It’s multilingual swearing! And the part that makes me spew is the French part! I’m totally going to start cursing in French. Mouhahahahahahaha. I think I’m going to go to the bathroom in a bit. We’re gossiping in the news room. I told Jocelyn the origin of the “bless you” after a sneeze (the black plague and people dying when they sneezed), she enjoyed that.
