And Tawna, when exactly would you like your computer? I’m afraid it’ll get damaged the more it languishes in my trunk. One really short stop and the monitor could get all destroyed. I can drop it off whenever, your house is right on my way to and from work. I do need to load Microsoft Office on it though. I should probably do that.

I just wanted to add (I don’t know whether I mentioned this) that we are actually going to Eureka/Arcata this weekend. WOOT!!!!! I can’t wait, it should be so fun! I can’t wait to make myself a cute skull bead necklace at the bead shop in Arcata, and to buy the books of my dreams at Tin Can Mailman. On another note, I need Molly to give me an ad packet and go through it with me before the week is out because I want to talk to the bead people and get that out of the way(that brings a funny image to mind), they wanted an ad. Well, I should be going. It’s strange to be here at the college this late.

History just got over, it got out around nine thirty. I saw Molly walking by, I waved. This class was interesting, we learned about the beginnings of the colonies in America, and how English political turmoil led to American self-government. It was a cool class. I had Subway before I had class, it was yummy. I used the stamp card thing, so it only costed a few bucks. Nobody is on Yahoo Messenger. OMG. I paid my insurance today, ($100) bought my HUGE serial ATA drive 200GB with 150MB/sec transfer speed ($150) and bought the needle I needed for the record player! I’m so happy! I’ll finally be able to listen to that Joan Jett record and all the other glorious records I’ve wanted to listen to for so long! On the sadder side I only have around $150 left…not much for the trip. But it matters not, I will soon have the coolest computer ever! They charged me for the high-speed Internet already, so I will have it for an entire month! And I’ll have my huge 200GB drive to fill with music and movies and programs and website stuff! YAY!!!!!!!! I’m so incredibly happy.

I don’t know when Molly and I are going to get together to work on her website. I’m fine after Drama and I think that was the only other time that we were both free. Hmm. I just started typing up my schedule but I realized that it would take forever. We’ll have to find some time to do it. Oh dear, I have to write that precis. Well, I’ll write it after we do more practice tomorrow. I’m in the Drift office right now, I should go home. I can’t wait for my cable Internet to be installed! Then I’ll be able to be online all the time! After I pimp out my desktop computer, I want to get a PDA and pimp it out so that it has a bunch of memory and a fold-away keyboard so that I can blog and take notes in class. That would be incredibly dope. Okay, must stop my technology fantasies. Must go home and drool over my impending record player needle and 200GB drive.

I went on Amazon.com to find a cheap copy of the drama book, the cheapest I found was $55. I went to the bookstore and they had a used copy (with almost no highlighting) for around $60. So I bought it. Art is cancelled today, so I’m glad I didn’t buy my art book. So I’m happy, I can read my play and read my chapters and everything. Yay. Me, Naiya and Amanda are hanging out in the office denouncing Letko and reinforcing the fact that Mr. Mize is our cynical, humorous god. Okay, must go.

I just finished everything but the community calendar, I just printed out the proof sheet. Oh, just realized I haven’t checked my work e-mail yet. Eh, a buttload of crap that I don’t want to deal with. I’ll deal with it all tomorrow. I e-mailed Molly when I got to work. I can’t wait to get out of here and go to class. I have to wait until Mike gets back though, I have to tell him something. He had to go get his car fixed or something. Hanging out with Jocelyn is so fun, we get to comiserate about how bad Mike is at communication and show each other the layout abortions that have made it into the paper each day. I’m afraid to say the word “dogleg” in front of Mike becuase I’m afraid I’ll get the blank look. And then I wouldn’t respect him at all any more.

Okay, must work on calendar. Must get out of here! Oh, I got paid. $407. Not bad, but I don’t think it is enough for my drive and for my books. I only really need the art book and the Drama book, which are around $80 each. That will leave me with $200. $150 for the hard drive, that leaves me with around $100 (I have $50 in the bank now).
