Now I need to read another chapter in my psych book.
1. Go into a place which sells glasses, like Fred Meyer, and have them replace the pad. They will do it for next to nothing or free.
2. Tell Schmeltzer you want a raise. Do it in writing and show logical support: graphic design, one year of work (or however long), cost of living/gas, etc.
