I was reading about Persia and Zoroastrianism (I spend all my spare time on Wikipedia), and I am realizing that I am totally a Zoroastrian! Listen to these tenets:
Some major modern Zoroastrian precepts:
* Equalism: Equality of all, irrespective of gender, race, or religion.
* Respect and kindness towards all living things. Condemnation of the oppression of human beings, cruelty against animals and sacrifice of animals.
* Environmentalism: Nature is central to the practice of Zoroastrianism and many important Zoroastrian annual festivals are in celebration of nature: new year on the first day of spring, the water festival in summer, the autumn festival at the end of the season, and the mid-winter fire festival.
* Hard work and charity: Laziness and sloth are frowned upon. Zoroastrians are encouraged to part with a little of what would otherwise be their own.
* Loyalty and faithfulness to “family, settlement, tribe, and country.”
Well, I should get back to work. Let me know if you can’t comment, I ramped up my anti-comment-spam plugin ’cause the barbarians were at the gates again.

I had to drive my car, which was rather illegal, but everybody was working.
Before he left, we ate at Panda Express (like we had been doing for most of his visit) and we played “in bed” with our fortunes (you know, you read your fortune and then say “in bed” at the end):

Um.
’nuff said ;)
After we got back we took goofy pictures on Patrick’s MacBook Pro using Photo Booth.
We are so cute!

Tapped Out.

X-Files.

Vogue.

Eyeglasses at night.

Friends.
I’m going to miss him.
Badly.

I’ll come ’round
when you’re down

Patrick’s leaving today. How sad!
We had great fun though. My spring break was freaking awesome!
I’m going to miss him…but then again I missed him before he even arrived.
I’m reminded of this story that an old friend told me about one of her good friends that had finished college and was moving back to South America. The friend probably wouldn’t be able to keep in contact, and he said “Just remember there is someone in _____ who loves you.
So there is someone in Oklahoma who loves me. And that makes me happy. A lot of my good friends live far away, so although the parting is bittersweet, it’s not horrible.

Aren’t we?
(I can’t stop listening to the Dresden Dolls.
(I couldn’t be more dramatic
(Or is it melodrama?
I tend to be cryptic when I can’t talk about something.
Patrick and I are really good friends.
I wish him luck with Shane.
We had a bunch of great days.
I cried out all of what could have been.
And now I guess I feel fine?
I’m lost though.

And me and Patrick are hanging out at Naked Lounge.
I’m blogging on his sexy MacBook Pro…and we were surfing MySpace. We had this delicious tea drink that was all foamy…I love foam!
We might rendezvous with Christen or Wayne later in the day. Me and Patrick ate at Nishiki, this cool sushi joint near Naked Lounge on 16th.
I’m realizing more and more that although I find asian guys rather cute, I just can’t find them sexy.
They’re playing Crossover, I think….and I’m ignoring Patrick, so I should go.
It’s such a beautiful day. We should go for a walk.
