queens and windows mobile 6
I updated my smartphone to Windows Mobile 6 last night…it was a long process, but it’s done. The thing runs much faster and the interface is more streamlined, although there are no real new features.
My voice-rec is dead. So no posts for me. My wrists have been killing me these past few days.
If I had one wish, it would be for a magic wand that fixed programming bugs.
How would I explain it to the genie though? Hmm.
I’m rocking out to Queens of the Stone Age and about to leave to go rendezvous with the cognoscenti at Second Saturday downtown.
It’s beautiful.
Sunny.
Laid in the hammock in the sun for a while.
Went inside, found sunblock,
basked for a while longer.
I need to get my clothes out of the dryer and make the drive downtown.
Oh, I found this great out of print Ballard book at the used bookstore yesterday. I’d never even heard of it. It’s called Hello, America. I’ve been reading Mona Lisa Overdrive, the last book in the Neuromancer trilogy. It’s okay…I didn’t fall in love with Count Zero (I typed cunt zero on accident…Freudian typing slip?), but I’m liking this one better already.
Well, I should be off. Here’s a video of some crazy guy at the college yelling at us this week about how we’re all going to hell ;)
