The last week has been so incredibly busy and stressful.
I tried to de-stress this weekend by going out a lot. On Thursday, I took the ferry over to go ice skating with Señor Kingsley in Bryant Park. Friday I went to see The Maid with Yevgeny and then went to Mondo. Although I had a lot of fun, the spectre of work still hung over my head.
This week, I got both of my papers back. I got As on all of them, as I should have expected. If you’re interested, you can read about

This post is actually from a few days ago, but the university had some kind of catastrophic connectivity failure (these dumbfucks that run the IT department couldn’t get more than an hour of uptime for a fucking light bulb, let alone banks of servers).
Let’s see—Tuesday night I was bored on the Internet and invited this guy Marvin over to my room. We watched crazy infomercials on YouTube and ended up staying up all night.
Wednesday I had my Spanish final, then later that night Marvin and I watched The Science of Sleep and then EVERY SINGLE MARGARET CHO DVD until like 8am.
Today I went to the library and telecommuted until midnight, then went back to my apartment—the roommates were drunk and there was this girl on the couch sleeping. So I’m sitting in the hall right now writing this.
I really need to go to sleep because my poetry final is tomorrow. I can’t find my notes, and it’s just as well, since I despise that class. I think the only thing I’m taking away from it is how amazing a teacher Molly was. And I already knew that before I took this course, so yeah, total waste of my time.
Crap. I need to go to sleep because I’m starting to get hungry, and if I have a meal at 2 a.m. I’ll end up staying up all night again. Okay. Sleep time.
